What we are looking for:

We are looking to work alongside property professionals who have got experience in providing Energy performance certificates with the minimum of one years experience,  as well as providing floor plan sketches. We are very keen to here from DEA’s who can carry out surveys within zone 1 of London as well as all other parts of London.

You must be a qualified domestic DEA

Skills and Experience required:

  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Well presented, professional and friendly
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Full UK Driving Licence would be beneficial
  • Time management and ability to plan your own day
  • Proven administration and business support experience in the property industry

Pay:

  • EPC only £35
  • Floor plan sketch only £30
  • EPC & Floor plan sketch £40

Job description:

Domestic energy assessor (DEA): you will make contact with the key holder no later than the next working day from when you except the order (order must be excepted or declined on day of offer), you will attend the appointment and provide unravelled customer service to complete an EPC and or Floor plan. You will send us the link for the EPC no later than the next working day of the site survey for us to send to our client.

Floor plans: you will complete Rick’s approved floor plans sketch whereby you would do a sketch of the property and get the measurements for each room (for training can be provided) you will send the sketch to us same working as the site visit.

What happens next:

Please include a covering letter with your application stating how long you have been a DEA, if you currently provide floor plan sketches or would need training. Please provide a link to an EPC you have completed within the last 30 days. All roles are self employed / freelance positions where you will need to provide your own insurance, pay all your own taxes as well as being registered with HMRC as self-employed.

Salary: £35 to £200 per day

Job description:

Inventory clerk: you will attend properties to complete inventory condition reports, check-in reports, mid-term reports, and check out reports. You will be using Inventory Base software which we will provide you access to. We will require all reports to be completed on the same day that the site visit was completed. We will only be considering applicants with the minimum of one years experience for the inventory clerk role.

Salary: £45.00-£200.00 per day

You will make contact with the key holder no later than the next working day from when you except the order (order must be excepted or declined on day of offer), you will attend the appointment and provide unravelled customer service to complete an EICR and or PAT.

What happens next:

Please include a covering letter with your application stating how long you have been a NICEIC certified electrician. All roles are self employed / freelance positions where you will need to provide your own insurance, pay all your own taxes as well as being registered with HMRC as self-employed.

Salary £80 to £400 a day
